Ahead of Rahul Gandhi's Yatra in UP, INDIA Bloc's RLD may Join BJP

Confusion in India Alliance arised again. Even before Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra entered Uttar Pradesh, the RLD in that state signaled to turn away from the alliance. If all goes well, the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) is going to join the NDA.

According to sources, RLD chief Jayant Chowdhury had a discussion with Samajwadi Party supremo Akhilesh Yadav about the distribution of seats in Uttar Pradesh. Where Akhilesh also promised to give seven seats to RLD. But despite this, Jayant has shown more interest in joining hands with BJP's ND alliance. He has already met with the BJP's top leadership in Delhi to discuss seat reconciliation with the BJP. It has been informed that four seats will be given to RLD by orange camp. It has been reported that in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the four seats of Kairana, Baghpat, Mathura and Amroha will be left to Jayant Chowdhury's party by the BJP.

As soon as this news spread, the speculations of RLD joining the BJP and NDA alliance intensified. According to sources, RLD will clarify its position on this issue on February 12. However, if Jayant Chaudhury's party joins hands with NDA, it is undoubtedly going to be a big blow for the India coalition. Because Nitish Kumar's JDU has already ended its relationship with India Alliance.

It should be noted that political analysts think that the BJP was a bit worried about alliance-dominated Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and adjacent areas due to Kisan movement. But if the RLD joins the NDA camp, it will be easy win.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also said that Trinamool will fight alone in Bengal. Although despite this, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi gave Mamata an alliance message. "Mamata is a significant part of India," he said. But in the meantime, the decision of RLD to change party before stepping foot in Yogi Raj will become a headache for the India alliance, the political circles think. It is heard that BJP has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will attend their meeting if RLD joins hands with NDA alliance.
