ED Summoned Dev: Actor-politician Dev appears before ED

  Actor and Trinamool MP Dev responded to ED's summons. Dev was summoned by the ED to investigate the case filed under the Prevention of Financial Fraud Act. He was supposed to appear at the headquarters of the Central Investigation Agency on Wednesday i.e. International Mother Language Day itself.   The Enforcement Directorate interrogated Jyotipriya Mallick , who was caught in the ration distribution scam case. A team of ED went to Presidency Jail on Wednesday afternoon. The ED officials were in possession of the court's permission. Based on that, the ED officials interrogated Jyotipriya for about four hours from noon to afternoon. Supreme Court dismissed Hemant Soren plea asks to go to High Court

  Hemant Soren approached the Supreme Court opposing the ED arrest. But the Supreme Court rejected the appeal of the former Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
